I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because of the staff members who made a real difference. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Especially Ines who was really friendly and always willing to help me when I needed it! Initially there was some minor issues with my room and after explaining it to her she was really understanding and made sure I was moved to another room as soon as possible which was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I’m really glad I decided to stay here for the two weeks I was in Istanbul, the location was very convenient and the hospitality was exceptional.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as it is located in the city itself and transportation ( Metro, bus station) is within walking distance (5 mins walking distance to bus stop & 10 mins walking distance to metro station). There are Indian and Arabic restaurants nearby the hotel. Staffs were supportive, especially Mr. Barish has allowed us the early check-in and was very cooperative with us to arrange the cleaner as per our requests. And also he gave good information regarding the places to visit and the transportation while we are out of the hotel. Toiletries were filled by the staff. The rooms and toilet were clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and that is really important for me. Enas at the reception was very helpful and flexible; no matter what I asked for, she helped us, Our room was cleaned every day, and the bathroom was especially great. The beds were also comfortable. The bus station is also close so it is easy to get around by public transport. The breakfast was OK for us. There were enough options to choose from.

The receptionist was really nice. She was really helpful and very kind. The location was also very good , not to far from the main events like the blue mosque, Saint Sophie etc...

I booked this hotel for my partner who was injured on a cycle race. He mentioned that the hotel was amazing to help him on arrival and during his stay. For an overnighter it was a brilliant find
